All I Want for Christmas is.... | Entry 3

My first week home for break has been semi eventful and productive.

Monday: I did a thing that is kind of crazy and very impulsive but I've wanted to do it for a very long time and I just decided that it was happening now.

I dyed my hair RED!!!

Okay this was a process and took more time than I originally thought. I just wanted my hair to be a burgundy where in certain light it will look red. Then the dye wouldn't hold and I somehow went from that to...well really red. I like it though...I was so nervous the whole time getting it done but I'm rather happy with how it looks. I don't know if I'll keep it red for a while or just let it grow out or what, but I think it's fun and something different since I've been rocking my natural color for a long time.

Tuesday: The fam and I also went to see Star Wars. I've never watched Star Wars in my life, like any version of it. I know the references but the actual story...I know nothing. But I am a sucker for franchises so I easily got into the movie and I was trying to make sense of everything. I was rather confused when it came down to it but I enjoyed the movie for someone who doesn't know much.

CHRISTMAS: So this year we didn't do anything over the top...though I think we stick to laid back and chill vibe for most holidays. The food was amazing, weather was amazing and I'm so thankful for everything that I got this year and the time that I got to spend with my mom.

The day after: Since it's tradition my mom and I went out to shop after Christmas. The places we expected to drop some money (Forever21) didn't have any sales so the places we thought we wouldn't find anything at (Macy's) we ended up leaving with big bags. There weren't a lot of lines at any of the stores except LUSH, that place had a line so long that they had employees outside to monitor it. Later I realized it was BOGO there...I should've tried to hit them up, get some bath bombs. It would've taken forever to get through that line though so it's okay.
